Last week we were honoured to be chosen by our member Tommie Edwards to help host her event.
Last week we were gratefully chosen by our member Tommie Edwards to help host her event; The Launch of Eventbree. Tommie is the founder of Eventbree, an online supermarket for shopping event service providers. The platform allows clients to search, view prices, see availability and pay for services instantly. Whether you’re planning for Weddings, Kids parties, Birthday celebrations, Bridal showers, Baby Showers, Reunions, Social Gatherings and much more, Eventbree have got your back!
The women herself; Tommie Edwards
Tommie Edwards is the founder of Eventbree. She first thought of the idea for the app when trying to plan her own wedding. Naturally, Tommie wanted the biggest and best for her special day but in the end she found herself planning the whole thing because no supplier could offer her exactly what she wanted! She spent hours going from supplier to supplier to make sure they were available on the right day, at the right time, with a good price and so on. Not only did this put a huge stress on Tommie but it gave her the opportunity to see how she could make this whole process easier for others trying to plan an event. Throughout this time, Tommie decided to create the company she is the founder of today, Eventbree.
Meeting the team
A few of the suppliers working with Eventbree showed up to show their support but also to give us a taster of the plethora of services available on the platform. Tola has her own bartending company and supplies a variety of drinks to any event that requires it. It was great to see so many people support Tommie and her event and to gain so many ideas for our future events!
