ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Rafael dos Santos, a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and founder of the High Profile Club, started his career as a kitchen porter, cleaner and waiter to pay his expenses before relishing the opportunity to start managing houses. He worked hard and after 12 years sold his property management and letting agency to a turnover of £1.2m. In addition to his success in business, Rafael is a guest lecturer at Regent’s University in London. Rafael has had the honour of being listed in the ‘Top 100 Most Inspiring Entrepreneurs in the UK’ for the Sunday Times and, has an MBA from Henley Business School and has won an award for this TED Talk "What it takes to be a migrant entrepreneur."
